Your order:

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit
cards, but are unable to receive personal checks or money orders at this time.
Our online processing partner, getsugar, will appear on your credit card
statement once the purchase is made.

Online shipping costs:

STIL ships anywhere in the US via UPS Ground. The cost is $10 for every item up
to $250 purchased unless otherwise noted. Spend over $250 and receive FREE shipping!

Return Policy:

We know you will love your new purchases from STIL, but just in case you are not
satisfied with them, here is our return policy: We will be happy to exchange your
item within seven days upon receipt of item. We unfortunately do not issue cash
or credit refunds.

Feel free to bring or mail your item AND receipt to one of our two stores to make
an exchange:

All items returned must be unworn or unused and in saleable condition. If all of
the above conditions are met we will be happy to exchange the item or issue store
credit for the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping costs). You
can use your credit (which never expires) in either of our locations or online!

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no
exchange or return policy. If a product is not returnable, this will always be
noted as a final sale at the end of the product description.

Merchandise care:

Please note that all of our items are very special and often feature exquisite
detailing that makes the clothing unique. It is important that you follow all of
the directions for laundering and care. We are not responsible for any damage
rendered to the garment.

Colors and Sizes:

Shopping online is fun and easy! As colors can vary slightly on each computer, we
do our best to accurately describe a garment or item's color, as well as note any
important sizing information so you can make the best choice for your order. In
addition, feel free to contact us with any sizing questions.

Security and Privacy Policy:

We use the latest in online encryption technology and will never share your
personal information with a third party. Additionally, we will only use your
information for our own mailing lists if you opt in. We respect your privacy, and
we'll protect it.
